Actually, don't forget about the Charizard Gold Star from the Dragon Frontiers set. Anything Charizard is gold in the Pokemon world. Rarity + Charizard = $$$

The value's all about condition and rarity. Some 2006 cards might be valuable, but only if they're in top-notch condition and hard to find. Otherwise, they're just cool pieces of cardboard.

Gold Star Pikachu from the same era is also highly sought after. It might not fetch as much as Espeon or Umbreon, but Pikachu is always in demand.

Oh, nostalgia trip! 2006 was a great year for Pokemon TCG with some absolute gems. The most valuable cards from that time are usually the Gold Star cards, especially the Espeon and Umbreon Gold Stars from the POP Series 5. These cards are super rare and can fetch a pretty penny if they're in mint condition. Always check the condition and authenticity, folks!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
