In my experience, having a speed boost can make or break a game, especially in Capture the Flag mode. Fast feet win fights!
Gotta go with the shield ability. It gives you that crucial protection just when you need it, turning the tide of battle in your favor!
I'd say the best ability in Blade Ball has to be the speed boost. You can dodge attacks and close in on opponents faster than they can say 'game over!'
