Honestly, anything rare and in near-mint condition can be worth something. Just check eBay and compare prices!
Firsthand: I sold my original Super Saiyan Goku holo card from the 2000 Score set for $250 last year. Condition matters a lot.
Signed cards by Akira Toriyama and limited edition cards are often sought after and can be worth quite a bit.
The early score cards and rare promo cards, especially those in mint condition, can fetch a good price. Look for holographic cards too!
