Definitely check out episodes 127-128, a flashback of Jiraiya's youth! It's fun and gives some good background on his character.

Only watch episode filler arc filler episodes if you really want to fill time. The main story is what really shines in Naruto Shippuden!

Episodes 176-196 are pretty entertaining, following the lives of the villagers and some lighter moments. You might enjoy a bit of a break from all the intense battles!

The Kurama backstory in episodes 349-361 is worth watching, trust me. It adds a lot to Naruto's character development.

Honestly, just skip all filler. Stick to the main storyline – it's a wild ride from start to finish!
