I prefer the original Fullmetal Alchemist series. Brotherhood may be more faithful to the manga, but the 2003 series has a darker, unique storyline.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is better because it doesn't waste time with fillers and dives right into the good stuff.

Honestly, both are great in their own ways. It's like choosing between pizza and tacos鈥攚hy not enjoy both?

Brotherhood all the way! Better pacing, better character development, and it actually finishes the story the way Arakawa intended.

I think the original is better just because it came first. Nostalgia plays a big role for me!

If you're a Fullmetal Alchemist fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
