As someone who's been playing on the Steam Deck non-stop, I can tell you that a ton of games work flawlessly, but always check the compatibility notes. Some require minor controller remapping!

All Steam games SHOULD work, but some might need tweaking. Look for the 'Steam Deck Verified' badge on the game's store page for the best experience!

Pretty much most Steam games work on the Steam Deck, but Valve has a verification program that marks games as 'Verified' or 'Playable.' You can check Steam's official list for compatibility before you dive in!

In my experience, indie games work great on the Steam Deck. AAA titles are hit or miss, so always check before you buy.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
