Flat out, GTA: Vice City is where you'll find 'Africa' by Toto. Nothing beats cruising Vice City with that tune.

'Toto - Africa' blessed the rains in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. It was one of those tracks that you'd cruise down the streets to, feeling like you owned the place. Gives me nostalgia just thinking about it!

Big miss in GTA V, honestly. Should've brought 'Africa' back for the nostalgia. But yeah, Vice City is where it's at for Toto fans.
