Honestly, it depends on what you're looking for in the game. EX cards were the go-to for power plays because they could be played directly from the hand. However, GX cards introduced GX attacks, which are super powerful but can only be used once per game. So, if you're all about that one big game-changing move, GX cards might be more your style. Plus, GX cards often have more HP than EX cards, making them tougher to take down.

GX all the way! Not only do they have awesome GX attacks, but the artwork is just superior. Plus, the added health points make them more valuable in longer games. Who doesn't love pulling off a massive GX move to turn the tables?

EX cards, hands down. They're classic and can catch your opponent off guard since you can play them directly. GX cards are cool and all, but I miss the simplicity and surprise of EX cards.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
