Hands down, it's gotta be Dragons of Tarkir. The set's literally swarming with dragons. We're talking big ones, small ones, and everything in between. If you're dreaming of dragons, this is where you wanna be.

Gonna throw a curveball here and say, while Dragons of Tarkir is the obvious answer, don't sleep on Core Set 2019. It's got some gems like Nicol Bolas, the Ravager and Palladia-Mors, the Ruiner. But yeah, for sheer volume, Dragons of Tarkir wins.
