First-hand experience here: I'd say Seasons 6-7 are fire because they cover the Akatsuki Suppression and the start of the Fourth Great Ninja War. You won't regret binging these!

Honestly, pretty much all of Naruto Shippuden is fantastic, but if I had to pick, I'd say Seasons 6-7 are absolute bangers. That's where the action and story really hit their stride!
