Going for the classics is always a smart move! First edition cards, especially those holographic Charizards, hold their value incredibly well. But don't overlook the newer, limited edition releases or cards with unique artwork. They might not have the nostalgia factor yet but could be the rarities of tomorrow.

Rare cards all the way! Anything with that little '1st Edition' stamp or are super hard to find. Look for cards in mint condition; a small bend or scratch can tank a card's value faster than you can say 'Pikachu, I choose you!'

Honestly, just buy what you love! Yeah, some cards are more valuable, but the real win is enjoying your collection.

Avoid modern cards, the market's too flooded. Stick to vintage.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
