It really depends on what you need! Lycanroc (Midday Form) is generally better for PvE due to its higher attack stat. But if you're into PvP, Lycanroc (Midnight Form) could be more your style with its better defense and move set.
Midday Form Lycanroc outshines Midnight Form in raids and gym battles. Higher DPS makes it a solid pick for PvE.
I've used both, and personally, I prefer Lycanroc (Midday Form). Its higher attack power helps me clear gyms faster. Midnight Form is cool, but Midday seems more practical for most scenarios.
