I've had good success with doubling up on Training Rooms. It speeds up dweller stat improvements significantly, making your vault more efficient overall.

Just build whatever you want, honestly. Most rooms can have duplicates. But always have extra storage rooms because you'll need the space.

In Fallout Shelter, you can have multiple instances of most rooms, but there are a few you should definitely consider doubling up on for efficiency's sake. For starters, Diner and Water Treatment rooms are crucial for keeping your dwellers fed and hydrated, so having at least two of each can help manage your resources better. Power Generators are another must; more power means more capacity to expand your vault. Don't forget about Medbays and Science Labs either; these will keep your dwellers healthy and stocked up on RadAway and Stimpaks.
