Try the Middle East or South America servers. You'll probably find less competitive players there and have an easier time getting Chicken Dinners!

You could also try the Korea/Japan server; they have fewer bots but tend to have more fair gameplay and less lag if you're from Asia.

Servers with less ping for you are easier. So, check your nearest servers!

Tbh, there's really no 'easy' server. Just play on your closest one for better connection and level up your skills!

From my experience, Europe server seems to have a mix of both competitive and casual players. Might be a good balance for you!
