Okay, so rotation happens once a year in MTG to keep the Standard format fresh and balanced. The sets that are waving goodbye this time are everything before the most recent fall set. This means if you've been jamming games with cards from Zendikar Rising, Kaldheim, Strixhaven, or Adventures in the Forgotten Realms, it's time to prepare for a fond farewell. Gather those decks for one last hurrah!

Not gonna lie, every year it's a tiny heartbreak. Had to say goodbye to my favorite cards from Strixhaven just last rotation. Makes the game feel new again though, so not all bad.

Rotation? Simple. Look at the last four sets before the newest autumn release. They're out. Keep it tight with the new stuff.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
