Go for the 512GB model. The extra storage and anti-glare screen are totally worth it, especially if you plan to play a lot of AAA titles!
Got the 512GB one and I regret nothing. Faster storage and a better screen make it great for on-the-go gaming.
Just get the cheapest one. You can upgrade the storage with an SD card later if you need more space.
Honestly, any of them will serve you well. Just depends on your budget and how much storage you think you'll need.
