Hard drop? Almost every Tetris game after the early 2000s has it! Tetris DS, Puyo Puyo Tetris, and even Tetris Party Deluxe on the Wii.
From my experience, Tetris Blitz had it, but unfortunately, it's no longer available. So, stick with Tetris 99 and Tetris Effect!
If you're on mobile, TETRIS庐 by N3TWORK has hard drop. You can find it in the App Store and Google Play Store.
