If your Xbox 360 is shiny with chrome accents, it's probably the original model. The Xbox 360 S (Slim) has a matte finish, and the Xbox 360 E looks more like an Xbox One.

Turn your Xbox around and look at the label near the power port, it'll tell you the model name.

Check the front of your console for the disc tray. If it鈥檚 touch-sensitive and opens with a swipe, you have an Xbox 360 S or E. If it has mechanical buttons, it's an original Xbox 360.

Honestly, if it鈥檚 boxy with lots of vents, you鈥檝e probably got the original Xbox 360. The S and E models are more streamlined.
