The Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku, tragically died in the Mugen Train Arc. His fight with Akaza was epic, though.

The Stone Hashira, Gyomei Himejima, also met his end during the final battle against Muzan Kibutsuji. Such a powerful character.
Big spoiler: The Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, didn't make it either. He was a young prodigy with a heartbreaking story.
Just read the manga, it's all there. But yes, some of the Hashira die.
