Honestly, just pop into any local game store, and you'll find someone who can give you a rough idea. For serious business, though, PSA or Beckett are your best bets. They’ll slap a grade on your card that'll make or break its value.

Local game shops are usually your first stop for Pokemon card appraisals. They have experts who know all about the current market and what collectors are looking for. If you're looking for something more official or if you think you've got a really high-value card, professional grading services like PSA or Beckett are the way to go. They grade your card's condition and authenticate it, which can really boost its value.

Pro tip: Avoid letting your cousin Kevin appraise your cards. Last time, he said my shiny Charizard was worth 'like ten bucks, max.' Spoiler: It wasn't.

eBay is also a surprisingly good resource for getting a sense of what your cards are worth. Just look for sold listings of cards similar to yours. Not exactly an 'appraisal' but hey, it gives you a real-world idea of what people are willing to pay!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
