You can control who sees your Facebook friends by adjusting your privacy settings. Just go to your profile, click on 'Friends', then the 'Manage' button, and choose who can see your friends list: Public, Friends, Only Me, or a custom list. Easy peasy!
My experience? Only people you select in your privacy settings can see your friends. I keep mine on 'Only Me'! Better safe than sorry, right?
