Mike Becker's the name you're looking for. But don't forget Brian Mariotti; he's kinda like the godfather of the Pops we know and love today.

Funko Pop was born out of the creative mind behind Funko, which was founded by Mike Becker in 1998. Initially, the company started with nostalgic-themed bobbleheads and novelty items, but the Pop line, known for its wide-eyed and bobble-headed figures, was launched in 2010 by the company after Brian Mariotti took over. So, Mike Becker planted the seed, but Brian Mariotti played a big part in making Funko Pops the phenomenon they are today!

If you're a Funko Pop player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
