Naruto all the way. He actually uses strategy in his fights unlike a certain Saiyan who just yells and punches things.
I've followed both stories extensively, and I have to say, Goku's sheer power and evolving epicness keep him at the top!
Goku's better because he beats gods and bursts through his limits like it's a daily routine. Naruto's cool, but he's not Goku-level cool.
