In Dragon Ball, it's a little complicated! Initially, there's Kami, the Guardian of Earth. Later, we meet the Supreme Kais, then Beerus, the God of Destruction, and his mentor Whis. But, nothing beats Zeno, the King of All, who can obliterate entire universes with a snap! It's like a godly Russian nesting doll.

Dragon Ball has so many gods that even a deity might need a flowchart. There's Kami, then Supreme Kai, and eventually Zeno, the King of All. That's the ultimate god in the series!
From a first-hand fan perspective, I gotta say, watching Zeno in action is like witnessing pure omnipotence. He can erase universes like it's nothing!
Beerus, the God of Destruction, is pretty much top-tier in terms of power, but Zeno trumps all. Zeno is literally the king of everything in Dragon Ball.
Easy answer: Zeno. The little guy packs the biggest punch in the universe!
