Oh, Gulliver! That's the seafaring seagull who sometimes washes up on your island's shore in Animal Crossing. He's the one always dressed as a sailor, and whenever he visits, you'll find him face-down on the beach, needing your help to fix his communicator to call his crew. Helping him out gets you cool rewards from around the world. He's a bit clumsy but totally loveable!

Gulliver? He's basically a castaway seagull. Shows up randomly, sprawled on the sand like he owns the place. Help him, and he mails you stuff. Ignore him, and well, he'll just be back another day.
