It's gotta be Yoriichi Tsugikuni. He's the one who invented the Breath of the Sun, the most powerful breathing technique, and even Muzan fears him.
Speaking from experience, I'd say Giyu Tomioka. His calm demeanor and mastery over Water Breathing techniques make him a force to be reckoned with.
Honestly, it's a toss-up between Tanjiro and Giyu Tomioka. Giyu's one of the elite Hashira and he's got those mad skills with Water Breathing!
Tanjiro, hands down. Dude evolves his techniques constantly and has the sheer determination of a thousand suns.
