Overhaul, whose real name is Kai Chisaki, is the leader of the Shie Hassaikai yakuza group. He's got a seriously dangerous Quirk that lets him disassemble and reassemble anything he touches. His obsession with eradicating Quirks makes him a major villain in the series.

Overhaul is the stage name for Kai Chisaki. He's a big bad guy with a Quirk that can destroy and rebuild anything he touches. Totally not someone you'd want to mess with!

Kai Chisaki, aka Overhaul, leads the Shie Hassaikai and has a terrifying Quirk that can break down and rebuild objects and people. His villainous plans make him one of Deku's greatest foes.
