Ah, the mysterious Rochelle! Despite sounding like she could be a character from Grove Street or maybe a rival gang member in Los Santos, Rochelle doesn't actually exist in GTA San Andreas. Might be mixing her up with another character or maybe thinking of a mod? The world of GTA is vast, and San Andreas is a big, intricate place with lots of folks, but Rochelle isn't one of them.

Who's Rochelle? In all my years playing GTA San Andreas, never came across anyone by that name. Maybe she's a new character from a fan-made mod, not from the official game.
