Goku, hands down. He never stops getting stronger and fighting tougher opponents. Plus, he can destroy planets if he needs to!
Superman is technically invincible unless you have Kryptonite... or magic... or red solar radiation. Okay, maybe Goku stands a chance!
This will always be a stalemate. It all depends on who's writing the story! Both are crazy strong in their own universes.
My two cents: It's gotta be Superman. Dude has infinite strength, flies faster than light, and is pretty much invulnerable.
