I'd say Midoriya is stronger overall! He's learned to control One For All much better and has multiple quirks now. Plus, his determination and strategy are top-notch!

Midoriya. No contest. One For All has evolved WAY beyond Todoroki's fire and ice.

Todoroki's got that dual Quirk power with fire and ice, making him super versatile in battle. He can adjust to many situations quickly, which is a huge advantage!

Having been a fan for a while, I feel Midoriya's got the edge. His growth has been insane, especially in the later chapters. Todoroki's strong, but Midoriya's on another level.
