Luffy is unbeatable when it comes to sheer willpower and creativity in combat. His Gear Fifth and advanced haki make him a formidable opponent, possibly even on par with Naruto.
Hot take: Naruto wins without a doubt. Kurama alone would be too much for Luffy.
Having watched both series, I can say their strengths are so different it's hard to compare. They鈥檇 probably end up as friends after an epic battle!
