Sukuna might give Gojo a run for his money WHEN he's at full power. There's a lot of hype around this showdown. Till then, Gojo reigns supreme.
Honestly, as of my last binge-read, no one really tops Gojo in terms of raw power in Jujutsu Kaisen. The dude's basically the Chuck Norris of the jujutsu world. His Infinity and Domain Expansion abilities make him virtually untouchable. That said, Ryomen Sukuna, once he regains all his fingers (power), could potentially be on par or stronger. It's all about the buildup and seeing if anyone can actually outdo Gojo's limitless powers.
