Honestly, Ayanokoji himself can sometimes feel like the antagonist with how he manipulates everyone around him. Just saying!
In Classroom of the Elite, the main antagonist is usually considered to be Kakeru Ryuen, the ruthless and manipulative leader of Class C. He's always causing trouble for Ayanokoji and his friends!
Ryuen is the obvious baddie, but the real villain might just be the school system itself, setting kids against each other like a giant chess game.
