Honestly, it changes all the time, but right now, xQc is dominating the platform.
As of now, xQc seems to be the Twitch king with the most followers and consistent viewership. The dude basically lives on stream!
From my experience, xQc is the biggest streamer. His content is always top-notch and he streams for hours on end.
