Who is the Commander in Attack on Titan?
In Attack on Titan, several commanders take charge over the course of the series. Erwin Smith leads the Scout Regiment for much of the series, followed by Hange Zoë.

Erwin Smith is the primary commander until, well, events unfold. Then Hange Zoë steps up to fill his enormous shoes!

I've watched the whole series twice, and Erwin Smith is the commander initially. After his... departure, Hange Zoë becomes the commander.
