In Hogwarts Legacy, the headmaster isn't Dumbledore, as the game takes place in the 1800s, way before his time. The headmaster during this era is actually Professor Phineas Nigellus Black, known for being one of the least popular headmasters in the history of Hogwarts.

It's Phineas Nigellus Black. Honestly, makes you miss Dumbledore even if he's centuries away from being headmaster.
Phineas Nigellus Black is the headmaster. Don't expect Dumbledore's warmth from him though, he's got a bit of a reputation for not being the most beloved headmaster.
