From my perspective, Netero's final fight against Meruem showed he's a close contender. That 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva is no joke!
Honestly, it's a toss-up between Meruem and Adult Gon. Gon literally sacrifices his future just to gain the strength to beat Neferpitou. That's some intense power!
Meruem, hands down. I mean, even Netero needed a nuclear bomb to bring him down. That says it all.
