The Owl's son in Tokyo Ghoul is Seidou Takizawa, but you might also be thinking of Eto Yoshimura, the One-Eyed Owl, who is the daughter of Yoshimura, the Non-Killing Owl.

It's Takizawa Seidou! He was a promising investigator before being turned into a ghoul by Dr. Kanou.

Seidou Takizawa, transformed into the Owl, is technically more famous as the Owl's 'son.' However, if you meant the original Owl, it's Eto Yoshimura.

The Owl's son in Tokyo Ghoul is Takizawa Seidou, also known as the 'Owl.' He becomes a One-Eyed Ghoul after being experimented on by Dr. Kanou and goes by the alias 'Owl' among the CCG.

Eto Yoshimura is the one-eyed owl's offspring. Straight facts.
