In Deadpool 2, the main villain is Cable, although he's more of an anti-hero. However, the real bad guy title goes to Russell, aka Firefist, and the even more evil Essex House headmaster!

Cable. Yeah, he starts as the bad guy, but he's a good dude in his heart...eventually.
