Honestly, if you ask me, all the demons Tanjiro fights are villains in their own right. Muzan just happens to be the biggest one.
The main baddie in Demon Slayer is Muzan Kibutsuji. He's the first demon ever and the one who turned Nezuko and many others into demons!
I mean, if we're talking about the BIG villain, it's Muzan Kibutsuji. But let's not forget the Upper Moons like Akaza and Doma鈥攖hey're pretty nasty too.
