Inosuke might seem impulsive and reckless, but some would argue that his unpredictable nature makes him less reliable at times, though he's definitely not weak.
Hot take: None of them. Every demon slayer has their strengths and weaknesses, and every character brings something valuable to the table.
First-hand experience: Having read all 23 volumes, I'd say the weakest Demon Slayer could be some of the lower-ranked members of the Corps. They often don't get much screen time and are not as skilled as the main characters.
