Minoru Mineta, hands down. That guy is more interested in being a creep than being a hero! Like, focus on the villains, not the pantsu!

Mineta. Change my mind.
Twice might be my pick. He’s got a complicated backstory, but he’s also a villain who causes a lot of chaos.
Honestly, Mineta gets a lot of hate, but I think he adds some comic relief. My least favorite has to be Kota Izumi – moody kid isn't very interesting.
Who even likes Mineta? Just sayin'.
