Who sells Mini Nukes in Fallout 4?
You can snag yourself some mini nukes from a few places in Fallout 4. Kl-E-0 in Goodneighbor's got them for sure, just visit her in the shop 'K-L-E-O's'. Another spot is Proctor Teagan aboard the Prydwen; that guy's got the military hookup. If you're out scavenging, some traders and wandering merchants might surprise you with a mini nuke or two in their inventory, but it's hit or miss.

Honestly, just craft or find them in the wasteland. It鈥檚 more fun and less costly than buying.
