Who Sells Pylons in Terraria?
Pylons in Terraria are sold by various NPCs once you've met certain conditions. First off, you need at least two happy NPCs living near each other in the same biome. Each biome has its own specific pylon that can be bought from the NPCs living there. For example, the Forest Pylon can be bought from the Merchant or the Guide when they're happy and living in the Forest biome. So, keep your NPCs happy by not overcrowding them and placing them in their preferred biomes!

Just remember, not every NPC sells a Pylon. Make 'em happy in their biome sweet spot, though, and you'll be teleporting in no time.
You gotta keep those NPCs smiling! Pylons are sold by NPCs who are just loving life in their biome. If they ain't happy, they ain't selling. Different strokes for different folks - or in this case, different pylons for different biomes!
