Wasn't it some dude who claimed to have the real deal? Classic case of if it's too good to be true, it probably is. Always double-check those Pokémon card sources, folks!

Logan Paul got those fake Pokémon cards from a seller who apparently seemed quite reputable at first. He dropped a serious amount of cash, thinking he was getting a sealed and rare first edition box. Turns out, it was a costly lesson in vetting your sources more carefully, no matter how trustworthy they seem!

It was a scam. Plain and simple. That box had everyone fooled, but it's a big reminder to only buy from trusted, verified sellers.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
