In the original Japanese version, the legendary Hiromi Tsuru voiced Bulma until her passing in 2017. From Dragon Ball Super onwards, Aya Hisakawa took over. In the English dub, Tiffany Vollmer and later Monica Rial brought Bulma to life.
Monica Rial is Bulma's voice in the English dub post-2010s. Tiffany Vollmer originally voiced her in earlier English dubs.
Fun fact: Hiromi Tsuru voiced Bulma in the Japanese version until 2017. After she passed away, Aya Hisakawa continued the role. Monica Rial has been the English voice since the Kai series, with Tiffany Vollmer handling it before then. Bulma has quite the vocal lineage!
