Erika Harlacher is the voice for Kurapika in the 2011 English dub. She's also known for voicing Ann Takamaki in Persona 5!

In the original 1999 version, Kurapika is voiced by Yuki Kaida in Japanese. For the English dubs, you get different voices: both Cheryl McMaster and Epcar Banjamin lend their voices to Kurapika.
