In the 2011 version, Leorio is voiced by Keiji Fujiwara in Japanese and by Matthew Mercer in English. Both did an amazing job bringing the character to life!

Keiji Fujiwara voices Leorio in the Japanese version (2011), and Matthew Mercer does the English dub. Can't go wrong with either!

OG Leorio from the 1999 version? That would be Wataru Takagi in Japanese, and Lex Lang in English. Classics!
