Elliot Handler and Harry Bradley were the main brains. Basically, Handler had the vision, and Bradley brought the car creds.
Harry Bradley wasn't the only designer, ya know. Sure, he was key, but let's not forget others in the team who worked on engineering and marketing. It was a group effort!
