As a huge fan of both characters, I'd say Goku has the upper hand in terms of raw power and speed. Sorry, Naruto fans!
Honestly, it's Goku. He's taken on gods and universe-destroyers while Naruto's been busy saving his village.
Hot take: Neither. Their fight would be so epic, they'd both end up shaking hands and joining forces!
